At Double Wide EDC LLC, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service.
While we do not offer refunds, we do accept exchanges under specific conditions, including replacements for damaged items.
1. Exchange Policy | Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange only.
The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify.
Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for exchange.
2. Damaged Items & Replacements | If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it with a product of equal or greater value at no extra cost to you. To request a replacement:

Provide a photo of the damaged item as proof.
We will process the replacement and ship it to you promptly.
3. How to Process an Exchange | Reach out to us at MADYOCCO@DOUBLEWIDEEDC.COM within 14 days of receiving your order.
Ship the item back to us at 158 N Bedford St, Marblehead, OH 43440—customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.
4. No Refunds Policy | We do not offer monetary refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item for another product that better meets your needs.
