Refund and Liability Policy

This Refund, Return & Liability Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Double Wide EDC LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, the customer (“buyer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than verified shipping damage.

This applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Knives and pocket knives

  • Leather goods

  • Handkerchiefs

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Limited‑run items

  • Mad Wax, Bolt Butter, Mad Wax Carbon

  • Drop‑shipped items (including apparel)

  • kydex

No refunds, store credit, or substitutions will be issued.

2. Product Condition — Sold As‑Is

All items are sold as‑is. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, variations in materials, finish, color, texture, or appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.

These variations do not qualify for replacement, return, or refund.

3. Buyer Responsibility & Compliance With Laws

By purchasing any item from Double Wide EDC LLC, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Certain items (such as knives) are functional and may be subject to legal restrictions.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding ownership, carry, and use.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for safe handling, storage, maintenance, and use of all products.

  • The Company does not provide training, certification, or safety instruction.

Any injury, damage, or legal consequence resulting from possession or use of the product is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Double Wide EDC LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any injury, damage, or loss arising from use or misuse of any product

  • Claims that an item is “dangerous,” “defective,” or “unsafe” due to improper handling or misuse

  • Any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Any legal issues arising from possession, carry, or use

  • Any modifications made by the buyer after purchase

Once the product is delivered, all risk transfers to the buyer.

5. Damaged Shipments (Shipping Damage Only)

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To file a claim, email MADYOCCO@DOUBLEWIDEEDC.COM with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

If the damage is verified as shipping‑related, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value. This is the only circumstance under which a replacement may be issued.

6. No Warranty

All products are sold without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranty of merchantability

  • Implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

  • Implied warranty of non‑infringement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all such warranties are expressly disclaimed.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.
