Shipping Policy Effective Date: [OCT 28th, 2025] At Double Wide EDC LLC, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping for all orders placed through our website www.doublewideedc.com. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Shipping Method | We exclusively use USPS Ground Advantage for all shipments. This service offers affordable and dependable delivery across the United States. This keeps costs down, but if you contact me directly and as soon as possible, I may be able to upgrade your shipping for a fee. We will use UPS if it is more affordable.

2. Processing Time | Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Estimated Delivery Time | USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 3-5 days depending on location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal service delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs | Shipping fees for continental USA are 5 dollars for one item and 10 dollars for multiple items. For canada, its 18 dollars for one item and 36 dollars for multiple. 

5. Tracking Your Order | Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the USPS website for real-time updates.

6. Shipping Restrictions | We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact, we may be able to work something out for additional cost.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages | While we rely on USPS for timely deliveries, unexpected delays can occur. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at MADYOCCO@DOUBLEWIDEEDC.COM We will do our best to assist you.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues | If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

9. Under certain circumstances, handling delays may be extended indefinitely (just cause we don't know!) We are just two guys and sometimes life doesn't play fair. We will strive for the 2-5 day handling time, but if any delays are an inconvenience, we are happy to refund them, and cancel the order.
