We welcome the first member of the Chaos Choir.

Cole of Deadsober Designs : Herald of the Fold

He’s the one who helped carve the name in the stone before anyone knew it was worth sticking around.

Before the dust had even settled around the Double Wide, Cole was already laying brick. He’s the artist behind the first-ever Double Wide logo and the first shirt design etched not for profit, but out of pure belief. He is the inspiration for a lot of my branding!

Since then, Cole’s stayed steady dropping crisp, flashy designs that still carry grit. He made the classic earth-tone version of the logo unprompted, just because his friends needed it.

That’s the kind of person Cole is: endlessly generous, always sharp, never loud. He’ll throw you a rope before you ask, or buy from your shop just because he knows times are tough. You don’t have to tell him what’s up he already saw it and showed up anyway.

As founder of Deadsober Designs, he’s burned his mark on the world with countless designs. Flashy, but not loud. Clever, but never forced. A collector of relics, a patron of stories, and a man who’s dry as a bone when the jokes roll in.

Cole is the father of Gideon, a slender Tenable knife, where gentleman’s knife meets sacrificial dagger in the form of a $60 folding knife. Truly a tool for the masses.

He is also known for Lung Bone Aparrel, where you’ll find all of his shirts with the exception of the ones for sale right here.

In the Double Wide Chapel, The Deadman walks the aisle with ink on his hands and fire in his back pocket.

He didn’t just witness the story. He helped write the first line.
