This story is less interesting than you are maybe prepared for. Terry asked me if it was worth it to sell on Etsy. I said yes, but maybe it would be cheaper on my own website, which I had wanted for a while, ever since Brian Kim had mentioned it in a video he posted. He said something along the lines of if you want your business to be permanent, you can't rely only on social media platforms, so you need your own website and mailing list. If you're reading this, you see my own website right here! And Terry's here too! because we are buddies, and we share values, and we think we can kick ass together. What do you think?
Please sign up for our mailing list, so we can keep you informed when our big projects drop! We are very close to having our very own handmade blades on the site! Terry is always making new cool stuff out of leather, and it is often sold quickly! My hanks are ALL limited run, and if I ever get more people interested in them, they'll sell out fast! I'm talking like 10 of each most of the time!
What I'm trying to tell you is is that the mailing list is the way to get anything that we sell before anyone else does.
Anyway, I set forth to make this website one fateful night in March. It took 3 months, but I finally got it all sorted out, got my LLC started, and launched double wide edc. Lung Bone (Cole) made us an awesome logo, and as a man of multiple logos, we will surely use it as well as many others. Terry came up with the name I think. I was fishing for something along the lines of round table (www.edcroundtable.com) like park bench or something. Terry said double wide, we worked out which configuration sounds best and this is how we got here! Terry definitely made some lude joke about us being in bed together, and now its a real thing! So welcome to the trailer hood boys and girls. Cuddle up and grab ya somethin for your pockets!
