If you have art that seems usable or canon to signalborn or double wide edc, you may submit it to MadYocco@doublewideedc.com

We will work on a case by case basis to reach an agreement on price and deadline.

Typically an illustration is paid out $60 for full license to use this art for Double Wide EDC. Further compensation can be discussed based on percentage of content in a larger project, ie an art compendium where your art takes up 20% of the book? You earn 10% commission on that compendium gross sales. Also decided tentatively.

Double Wide EDC Art Submission Rules

1. Human Hands Only

All submitted artwork must be fully original and created by human effort.

No generative AI images, paintovers, or composites. Using AI for ideas or moodboards is fine, but not for finished work.

2. Confidentiality Until Release

Everything made for Double Wide or Signalborn stays private until I announce it.

Do not post, share, or send to friends, even as "tests," until I give written approval.

3. Ownership and Rights

Once payment is made, the finished piece becomes part of the Double Wide IP.

You keep creative credit, I keep the publishing and merchandising rights.

Portfolio use is fine after public release, with credit lines agreed upon.

4. No Third-Party Sharing

Do not send sketches, prompts, or source files to anyone outside the project.

Each artwork is part of a protected storyline, and leaks can compromise that.

5. Process Transparency

Include your process: sketches, linework, flats, and final.

If using Procreate, Photoshop, or Clip Studio, export layered files or a timelapse.

This protects your authorship and the brand’s legitimacy.

6. Respect for the Work

This is a collaboration, not a contest. We treat every piece like a relic:

authentic, credited, and handled with care.

7. Payment and Credit

All paid commissions follow our agreed rate and timeline.

Credit is always given in product releases and archives unless anonymity is requested.
